These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of WeTravelNature's website ("Site"), located at wetravelnature.com.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "owner", "traveler", "user", "member", "visitor", "you" and "your" refers to you, to all people logged on, or visiting, this Site and compliant to the Terms and Conditions of the Site. "The Company", "Site", "ourselves", "we", "our" and "us", refers to wetravelnature.com. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the owner - the traveler - the user - the member or the visitor in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the owner - the traveler - the user - the member or the visitor’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of the United States of America. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

By accessing wetravelnature.com and/or mobile services and websites, we assume that you accept these Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy. Do not continue to use the Site if you do not agree to all of our Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update, amend or make any changes in our Terms and Conditions and/or Privacy Policy which will be effective immediately. Users will be notified either via the email address the account is linked to, either via a prominently notification on the Site. We are not responsible for email delivery failure due to the settings your Internet Service Provider may have or any email filtering plugin. By continuing to use the Site after the notification, you are accepting the revised Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. We encourage you to regularly visit our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy to check for any updated version. The latest updated date is displayed at the beginning of this page (Terms and Conditions) as well as at the beginning of our Privacy Policy.

If you are under 18 years of age you are not authorized to use this Site. We do not knowingly collect the information of anyone under the age of 18.

Content

Content refers to any information, text, photographs, images, pictures, audio, videos or any other material you submit to this Site to list vacation rentals, write reviews of vacation rentals, submit profile picture, and/or post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the Site. By submitting content on the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide irrevocable, sub licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media. You agree that any content removed by the Site, to be in line with these Terms and Conditions, or removed by you on the Site are definitely deleted and cannot be recovered.

The Site is not a party to any agreement, rental agreement or transactions the users may make with regard to any product or services on the Site.

The Site serves as an on-line marketplace to connect homeowners, authorized agents or representatives of property owners ("owners") - who are listing vacation rentals on the Site - with users, renters or customers ("travelers") - who are interested in vacation rentals.

The Site is ONLY a venue and not a booking company. This is true even if the Site may display a result pricing when entering a range of dates when browsing the Site. This is the result of owners having previously provided a pricing. Pricing are only informative and are non binding. Any transactions and agreement between owners and travelers remain the owners and travelers responsibility. We are not responsible for any financial and private data misuse that was exchanged between owners and travelers. We encourage owners, travelers and users to focus on using the Site in responsible ways.

Although we take determinate action to check the accuracy of the listed vacation rentals on the Site, we have no obligation to take measure and are not responsible for any false or inaccurate information. This is true also when changes were made in the vacation rentals after the publication on the Site. Owners are solely responsible for the information, the accuracy and to keep up to date any of their Vacation rentals - including content - listed on the Site. We urge owners to publish accurate information for the travelers to make their stays enjoyable and memorable. To maintain the safety of travelers and a friendly environment for all users on this Site, we reserve the right to remove without notice any vacation rentals or content that may breach these terms.

Owners must perform regular maintenance and any repairs - according to code - that are necessary on their vacation rentals listed on the Site to ensure the safety of the travelers. Owners are responsible to maintain the proper insurance, to abide by any and all rules and regulations, laws, taxes, permits, license requirements, any local - state and federal safety codes that are applicable to their vacation rentals.

To formalize the stay at a vacation rental, owners and travelers may enter into separate agreements or contracts for which we do not take any kind of responsibility.

We recommend that travelers make the necessary research (such as safety, security, insurance, travel warnings or any important information or requirements that may be mandatory) for the destinations they are interested to travel to.

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing our Site, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with our Site's Privacy Policy.

Most interactive websites use cookies to let us retrieve the user’s details for each visit. Cookies are used by our Site to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for people visiting our Site. Some of our affiliate/advertising partners may also use cookies.

License

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the Site. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from the Site for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Parts of this Site offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information ("Content") in certain areas of the Site. The Site does not filter, edit, publish or review comments prior to their presence on the Site. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of the Site, its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the users who post their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, the Site shall not be liable for the comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the comments on this Site.

The Site reserves the right to monitor all comments and to remove any obscene language, incitement of ethnic and religious hatred and incitement to violence, insults or comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions. Please do not use caps lock.

Users who are willing to write reviews of vacation rentals or on our blog will have to connect to their account to do so. Users will not be able to write more than one review for a same property and for a same period of stay.

Due to the settings your Internet Service Provider may have or any email filtering plugin, we advise all users to connect to their account on the Site on a regular basis in order to check any new messages or reviews and reply to reviews they may have received via the tools of the Site.

The Site will instantly ban/block without notice any account with any suspicious activity and/or that violate these rules. All properties linked to any account that are banned/blocked will also be removed from our listing.

You warrant and represent that:

• You are entitled to post the comments on our Site and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;
• The comments do not invade any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark of any third party;
• The comments do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material which is an invasion of privacy
• The comments will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present commercial activities or unlawful activity.

You hereby grant the Site a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of Your content and your comments in any and all forms, formats or media.

Hyperlinking to our content

The following organizations may link to our Site without prior written approval:
